BrainSMART® Executive Coaching

“Coaching is an interpersonal process that helps people achieve positive change and growth. By harnessing innate strengths, uncovering intrinsic motivations, and asking empowering questions, coaching fosters self-generated insight, vision, and goal clarity.”

Institute of Coaching (IOC), at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School.

The BrainSMART® Executive Coaching program is based, in part, on research and strategies from the upcoming book Coaching with the Brain Front of Mind by Marcus Conyers with Marshall Goldsmith. The focus is on empowering executives with processes for harnessing their brain’s unique strengths and eliciting self-generated insights related to setting and making progress towards worthwhile goals. These processes are grounded in research from cognitive psychology and neuroscience, with a specific focus on the fostering of metacognitive skills. Such skills are key to unlocking more of the brain’s potential, tapping into intrinsic motivations, and enhancing cognitive performance, creative problem-solving, and productivity.
